|Jill's Sudden Turkey Breakfast Sausage|
Quick and easy to make. I make the season packets in advance to be added later to my favorite ground meat.
How to make it:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- pinch nutmeg
- pinch allspice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or minced
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- pinch dry mustard powder
- pinch lemon peel
- 1/8 cup warm water
- Add spices to water and blend.
- Pour into meat and stir until well blended.
- Make into patties.
- Fry or grill on a George Foreman.
