|Jeff's Sudden Venison Breakfast Sausage|
Quick and easy to make, mix up the spices and bag them ahead of time to add to the meat later.
How to make it:
- 1 pound ground venison (or beef)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 pinch allspice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or minced
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
- pinch grated lemon peel
- 1/8 cup warm water
- Add spices to water.
- Blend well into 1 pound of your favorite ground meat. Make into patties.
- Fry or grill on the George Foreman.
