Jicama Hash Browns
Description:
For those who can't eat potatoes, this makes a nice hash brown substitute.
Ingredients:- Jicama
- Flour of choice (rice flour or millet flour works nicely)
- Salt
- Other seasoning of choice
- Olive oil
How to make it:- Grate or finely chop jicama.
- Coat lightly in oil and add flour, salt and desired seasonings.
- Fry in olive oil until browned.
- Drain and enjoy hot!
