Jicama Hash Browns


For those who can't eat potatoes, this makes a nice hash brown substitute.

  • Jicama
  • Flour of choice (rice flour or millet flour works nicely)
  • Salt
  • Other seasoning of choice
  • Olive oil
How to make it:
  1. Grate or finely chop jicama.
  2. Coat lightly in oil and add flour, salt and desired seasonings.
  3. Fry in olive oil until browned.
  4. Drain and enjoy hot!
