Ranch Dressing, Revamped
Description:
Ranch Salad Dressing
Ingredients:- 1 cup canola mayonnaise or other compliant mayonnaise [see mayonnaise recipe]
- 3/4 fresh lemon (or 1/2-1 teaspoon +/- lemon juice)
- 2 Tablespoon water
- sea salt, to taste
- garlic, to taste
- dill weed, to taste
- turmeric, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon toasted sesame seed oil
- 1/8 teaspoon flax seed oil
- 1/8 cup olive oil
How to make it:- Add lemon juice last.
- Adjust to your taste.
- Blend and enjoy.
- Adjust all oils and spices for blood type.
- Will keep several weeks in refrigerator.
