Ingredients:
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup raisins or apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar [or agave]
  • 1 pat butter (optional) [or ghee]
  • 1 Tablespoon flax oil
How to make it:
  1. Bring cup of water to a boil (or close to it).
  2. Turn stove off.
  3. Add ingredients.
  4. Let set for 15 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
