Cinnamon Oatmeal Delight
Ingredients:- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup raisins or apples
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar [or agave]
- 1 pat butter (optional) [or ghee]
- 1 Tablespoon flax oil
How to make it:- Bring cup of water to a boil (or close to it).
- Turn stove off.
- Add ingredients.
- Let set for 15 minutes.
- Enjoy!
