Description:
Fast, delicious, and nutritious!
Ingredients:- 1 cup goat milk [or BTD compliant substitute]
- 1 chicken egg
- 1-1/2 teaspoons fructose, or sweetener of choice
- Nutmeg
How to make it:- Whirl all in blender until frothy.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg.
