Description:

Fast, delicious, and nutritious!

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup goat milk [or BTD compliant substitute]
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons fructose, or sweetener of choice
  • Nutmeg
How to make it:
  1. Whirl all in blender until frothy.
  2. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
