Tuna with Capers
Description:
Tuna salad with a twist.
Ingredients:- One can or pouch of tuna packed in water.
- 1 to 2 Tablespoons of olive oil.
- 2 Tablespoons of petite nonpareil capers, rinse if desired.
- sea salt
- freshly-ground black peppercorns, optional
How to make it:- Drain tuna and add all ingredients to a bowl.
- Add enough olive oil to moisten tuna lightly.
- Mix.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill.
- Serve on bread, toast or crackers.
