Tuna with Capers


Tuna salad with a twist.

  • One can or pouch of tuna packed in water.
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons of olive oil.
  • 2 Tablespoons of petite nonpareil capers, rinse if desired.
  • sea salt
  • freshly-ground black peppercorns, optional
How to make it:
  1. Drain tuna and add all ingredients to a bowl.
  2. Add enough olive oil to moisten tuna lightly.
  3. Mix.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill.
  6. Serve on bread, toast or crackers.
