|Delish Nutrish Nutritional Yeast Spread|
This is a spread that you can put on compliant toast, rice or rice pasta, steamed veggies, sweet potato, etc. It is delicious and very nutritious (high in B vitamins, protein and other goodies).
How to make it:
- 3 teaspoons dark toasted sesame oil*
- 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast flakes (I like KAL brand)
- a splash of lemon juice
- Sea salt to taste
Add crushed, roasted garlic or garlic powder (* B's and AB's, use olive oil or ghee instead)
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Spread onto toast, dollop onto rice or rice pasta, or spread onto steamed veggies or sweet potato. ENJOY!
