Condiment using lemon juice and molasses. Great on burgers or meat loaf.

  • 12-ounce can of diced tomatoes, drained of juice
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 to 3 Tablespoons of molasses [or BTD compliant sweetener]
How to make it:
  1. Put all ingredients, except molasses, into a blender.
  2. Add molasses, one Tablespoon at a time, to taste.
  3. Puree.
