Condiment using lemon juice and molasses. Great on burgers or meat loaf.
How to make it:
- 12-ounce can of diced tomatoes, drained of juice
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 to 3 Tablespoons of molasses [or BTD compliant sweetener]
- Put all ingredients, except molasses, into a blender.
- Add molasses, one Tablespoon at a time, to taste.
