|Tahini Salad Dressing|
Rich and flavorful salad dressing without vinegar. Good on crackers and fish and cooked vegetables.
How to make it:
- Equal parts of each of top three:
- tahini sauce (ground sesame seed butter)
- fresh lemon juice
- one large clove garlic
- salt to taste.
- Combine in blender or food processor.
- Keep in fridge.
