Tahini Salad Dressing


Rich and flavorful salad dressing without vinegar. Good on crackers and fish and cooked vegetables.

  • Equal parts of each of top three:
  • tahini sauce (ground sesame seed butter)
  • water
  • fresh lemon juice
  • one large clove garlic
  • salt to taste.
How to make it:
  1. Combine in blender or food processor.
  2. Keep in fridge.
