Morning Shake
Description:
A delicious way to start the day!
Ingredients:- 1-1/2 cups orange juice
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries or strawberries
- 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed (optional)
How to make it:- Put all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
