Description: Before trying Father Tiresias D'Adamo's eating plan, I used to use Lawry's Seasoning Salt, Lawry's Garlic Salt, Suzie Q's Seasoning, and Rib Round-Up Seasoning from Old Country Deli. Rib Round-Up was great on barbeque tri-tips and barbeque chicken. Alas, all of these have avoid ingredients (generally pepper), so I have to guess at seasoning blends. I have only had time to try to clone Rib Round-Up. It isn't the same, but I have used it as an overnight rub on baked roasted tri-tips and an overnight rub on a prime rib. They were both delicious. I have also used it to season fish, chicken and other foods. You can invent your own rubs and seasonings. About.com has many rub recipes that can be adapted to your tastes and blood type.
BTD Core Ingredients Analysis:
[2] This recipe uses ingredients which may help limit bacterial overgrowth. If an ingredient is an avoid for your blood type, then try using a BTD compliant variant/substitute or leaving the item out of the recipe. Please Note: When using any recipe, always check it for avoids and make the appropriate adjustments where necessary. The Blood Type Diet Recipe Database has been recently greatly enhanced. Also, the food lists changed somewhat a couple of years ago, and all recipes in the database may not reflect those changes in terms of the blood types for which the recipes are recommended. Volunteer Blood Type Diet Forums Members are working to review and update all the recipes to take advantage of the all the new features and food lists. Please be patient with us until the process has been completed. Revision History:
