A quick sauce to put on pasta.

Ingredients:
  • 3 ounces goat cheese (grated or finely chopped)
  • 3 ounces silken tofu
  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil (olive, canola, linseed)
  • 1 Tablespoon soy milk or water
  • sea salt to taste
How to make it:
  1. Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan over a low heat until blended. Serves 2.
