|Goat Cheese Sauce|
A quick sauce to put on pasta.
How to make it:
- 3 ounces goat cheese (grated or finely chopped)
- 3 ounces silken tofu
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil (olive, canola, linseed)
- 1 Tablespoon soy milk or water
- sea salt to taste
- Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan over a low heat until blended. Serves 2.
