Grilled asparagus

Ingredients:
  • 1 to 2 bunches of asparagus
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • olive oil
  • bamboo skewers
How to make it:
  1. Wash asparagus, and snap bottoms off.
  2. Put 4 to 6 on a skewer to make asparagus rafts (this makes them grill--able and flip-able)
  3. Brush with olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Grill over medium heat until they are soft and slightly blackened.
