How to make it:
- 1 to 2 bunches of asparagus
- sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- olive oil
- bamboo skewers
- Wash asparagus, and snap bottoms off.
- Put 4 to 6 on a skewer to make asparagus rafts (this makes them grill--able and flip-able)
- Brush with olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Grill over medium heat until they are soft and slightly blackened.
