Salad or veggie dressing

  • Type AB Non Secretor (3 beneficials)
  • Type O (2 beneficials)

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup light miso
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons crushed garlic or onion
How to make it:
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour the dressing in a container and refrigerate it. Bring it to room temp before serving if it gets too thick in the refrigerator.
