Salad or veggie dressing
How to make it:
- 1/2 cup light miso
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 or 2 tablespoons crushed garlic or onion
- Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour the dressing in a container and refrigerate it. Bring it to room temp before serving if it gets too thick in the refrigerator.
