In Greece, we cook all sort of green leaves like this one and eat it as a cooked salad with lemon oil sauce.

  • one bunch of beet leaves
  • olive oil
  • lemon
  • garlic
  • salt
How to make it:
  1. cook the leaves in boiling water until tender
  2. take them off
  3. then serve tiedous or cold with olive oil, lemon juice and garlic, salt
  4. add greek sheep yogurt if you like
