Oat, Spelt, & Flax Pancakes
Description:
Multigrain pancakes
Ingredients:- 1-1/4 cup oats
- 2 cups soy milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup spelt flour
- 1/4 cup ground flax seed
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
How to make it:- Mix oats and one cup of soy milk.
- Let stand 10 minutes.
- Buzz in the food processor.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cook on hot griddle.
