Almond Walnut Butter


A great pick-me-up snack.

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1-2 Tablespoons ghee
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 or less tablespoon vegetable glycerin [or agave]
How to make it:
  1. Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender, such as a Vitamix - will initially need a tamper to press the nuts toward the blades.
  2. Stop when the consistency you prefer is achieved.
  3. Eat with a spoon or use as a spread. Keep in a jar, refrigerated.
