|Almond Walnut Butter|
A great pick-me-up snack.
How to make it:
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1-2 Tablespoons ghee
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 or less tablespoon vegetable glycerin [or agave]
- Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender, such as a Vitamix - will initially need a tamper to press the nuts toward the blades.
- Stop when the consistency you prefer is achieved.
- Eat with a spoon or use as a spread. Keep in a jar, refrigerated.
