Tuna Salad


Serve on rice crackers for a snack.

  • 1 small can white tuna packed in water
  • 2 Tablespoons toasted walnuts
  • 3 Tablespoons shredded carrots
  • 1 Tablespoon diced onion
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons BTD mayonnaise
  • sea salt & cracked black pepper, to taste
How to make it:
  1. Mix all ingredients and serve on toast for a sandwich, or on rice crackers for a snack.
