Strawberry-Banana Smoothie Shake

For those of us who rebel against 'real' cooking. :) I must credit the Raleigh News & Observer for this one.

Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon honey
How to make it:
  1. Make sure the bananas are ripe, with no green on the outside otherwise it tastes pasty.
  2. Put it all in a blender and mix for about 1 minute.
  3. Makes two servings.
