|Strawberry-Banana Smoothie Shake|
For those of us who rebel against 'real' cooking. :) I must credit the Raleigh News & Observer for this one.
How to make it:
- 8 ounces vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Make sure the bananas are ripe, with no green on the outside otherwise it tastes pasty.
- Put it all in a blender and mix for about 1 minute.
- Makes two servings.
