Blueberry Crisp
Description:
Also good for breakfast.
Ingredients:- 4 cups blueberries
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup turbinado sugar [or agave]
- 1/2 cup spelt flour (or rice flour)
- 3 Tablespoons walnuts - chopped & toasted
- 6 Tablespoons butter or ghee
How to make it:- Put blueberries in 2 quart casserole dish.
- Mix remaining ingredients with pastry blender or fork until consistency of corn meal.
- Sprinkle on top of blueberries.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
