Blueberry Crisp

Description:

Also good for breakfast.

Ingredients:
  • 4 cups blueberries
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup turbinado sugar [or agave]
  • 1/2 cup spelt flour (or rice flour)
  • 3 Tablespoons walnuts - chopped & toasted
  • 6 Tablespoons butter or ghee
How to make it:
  1. Put blueberries in 2 quart casserole dish.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients with pastry blender or fork until consistency of corn meal.
  3. Sprinkle on top of blueberries.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
