Pumpkin Salad

Description:

Tasty pumpkin salad

Ingredients:
  • pumpkin
  • honey
  • olive oil
  • feta cheese
  • pine nuts
How to make it:
  1. Cut pumpkin into small bite sized pieces
  2. Drizzle with virgin olive oil and honey
  3. Roast until cooked.
  4. Remove from oven and put into bowl and toss with toasted pine nuts and crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Very delicious salad or serve with pasta/orzo for a main dish.
