Tasty pumpkin salad
How to make it:
- olive oil
- feta cheese
- pine nuts
- Cut pumpkin into small bite sized pieces
- Drizzle with virgin olive oil and honey
- Roast until cooked.
- Remove from oven and put into bowl and toss with toasted pine nuts and crumbled feta cheese.
- Very delicious salad or serve with pasta/orzo for a main dish.
