|Pink Fog Smoothie|
a delightful treat!
How to make it:
- Pineapple chunks with pineapple juice
- strawberries (I used frozen but I suppose fresh would be ok?)
- soy protein powder
- a little sugar or maple syrup (depends how sweet you like it)
- Variations: add cinnamon, a little bit of cranberries and just maple syrup instead of sugar.
- Just blend it up, however you wish, in a blender!
