Pink Fog Smoothie


a delightful treat!

  • Pineapple chunks with pineapple juice
  • strawberries (I used frozen but I suppose fresh would be ok?)
  • soy protein powder
  • water
  • a little sugar or maple syrup (depends how sweet you like it)
  • Variations: add cinnamon, a little bit of cranberries and just maple syrup instead of sugar.
How to make it:
  1. Just blend it up, however you wish, in a blender!
