Cumin Lime Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup acceptable oil (or use more olive oil)
  • 6 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lime rind (organic preferred!)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black peppercorns
How to make it:
  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Place in a screw top jar, airtight bowl or salad dressing bottle.
  3. Shake well to blend!
