|Cumin Lime Salad Dressing|
How to make it:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup acceptable oil (or use more olive oil)
- 6 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lime rind (organic preferred!)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black peppercorns
- Combine all ingredients.
- Place in a screw top jar, airtight bowl or salad dressing bottle.
- Shake well to blend!
