Tomato Soup


Tomato soup with ginger and garlic

  • 1 can whole peeled roma tomatoes
  • Lots of fresh garlic
  • Lots of fresh ginger
  • Thinly sliced basil and coriander (cilantro)
How to make it:
  1. Put first three ingredients in saucepan and then heat.
  2. Add basil and coriander just before serving.
  3. You could also use this soup as a sauce for fish or hamburger mince.
