Tomato soup with ginger and garlic
How to make it:
- 1 can whole peeled roma tomatoes
- Lots of fresh garlic
- Lots of fresh ginger
- Thinly sliced basil and coriander (cilantro)
- Put first three ingredients in saucepan and then heat.
- Add basil and coriander just before serving.
- You could also use this soup as a sauce for fish or hamburger mince.
