|Fruit Ice Cream|
Ice Cream in a blender.
How to make it:
- 1 cup soy milk [or other BTD compliant milk]
- 1 Tablespoon sugar [or agave, vegetable glycerine, etc.]
- 1/2 Cup of frozen fruit such as: blueberries, peaches, pineapple, strawberries, etc.
- Put all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend till smooth.
- Vary the amount of milk and fruit until you find the thickness you want.
