Soy Shake
Description:
High Protein Chocolate Mocha Soy Shake
Ingredients:- 8 oz. chocolate silk soymilk
- 1/2 scoop soy protein powder
- 1 tblsp. honey
- 2 tblsp. 'Caffe de Vita'
- 8 oz. crushed ice
How to make it:- Place all ingredients except ice in a blend.
- Blend on low.
- While blending, add crushed ice.
- Turn blender on high. Blend until smooth.
- Pour in iced glass or thermal cup and enjoy.
