Soy Shake

Description:

High Protein Chocolate Mocha Soy Shake

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz. chocolate silk soymilk
  • 1/2 scoop soy protein powder
  • 1 tblsp. honey
  • 2 tblsp. 'Caffe de Vita'
  • 8 oz. crushed ice
How to make it:
  1. Place all ingredients except ice in a blend.
  2. Blend on low.
  3. While blending, add crushed ice.
  4. Turn blender on high. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour in iced glass or thermal cup and enjoy.
