Pineapple Protein Shake
Description:
Post-workout muscle building shake
Ingredients:- 3/4 c Egg substitute ('Egg Beater' or equivalent)
- 3/4 c Vanilla soy milk
- 6 oz Pineapple juice
- 1 tsp Sugar Free Orange Flavor Metamucil or equiv.(OPTIONAL)
- 4 ice cubes
How to make it:- Combine ingredients in blender.
- Mix on high for 30 seconds.
- Drink.
