Pineapple Protein Shake

Description:

Post-workout muscle building shake

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 c Egg substitute ('Egg Beater' or equivalent)
  • 3/4 c Vanilla soy milk
  • 6 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp Sugar Free Orange Flavor Metamucil or equiv.(OPTIONAL)
  • 4 ice cubes
How to make it:
  1. Combine ingredients in blender.
  2. Mix on high for 30 seconds.
  3. Drink.
