A great and delicious way to nosh and get protein!

Ingredients:
  • 16 ounces black beans
  • 1 Tablespoon tahini
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
How to make it:
  1. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and process till smooth.
  2. Cover and refrigerate till ready to use.
  3. Bring to room temperature before serving.
