Black Bean Hummus
Description:
A great and delicious way to nosh and get protein!
Ingredients:- 16 ounces black beans
- 1 Tablespoon tahini
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 lime juiced
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
How to make it:- In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and process till smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate till ready to use.
- Bring to room temperature before serving.
