Raisin/Peanut Balls


Beneficial for blood types A and AB.

  • 1 cup shelled peanuts
  • 1 cup seeded raisins
  • molasses or honey
How to make it:
  1. Put peanuts & raisins into food processor or grinder & grind.
  2. Moisten slightly with molasses or honey to hold together. Make into little balls & roll in finely chopped peanuts.
