|Assorted Veggie and Rice Stir Fry|
Rice and vegetable stir fry.
How to make it:
- lemon grass
- olive oil
- yellow squash
- green beans
- jasmine rice
- tamari sauce
- Heat oil in wok
- add chopped garlic, ginger, lemon grass, sautee 1 minute
- Add chopped veg, parsley and tamari sauce sautee 3 minutes so vegetables are still crunchy.
- Add tuna and rice and cook a further 1 minute.
- Serve in a bowl with coriander as garnish.
