How to make it:
- 1 pack of frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1 egg
- 1/2 box of crumbled soft tofu
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded soy cheese
- salt and other seasonings
- like Italian spices etc.
- After the spinach is thawed and cooled off mix all ingredients.
- Bake at 350 Fahrenheit for about 20-30 minutes until slightly brown and the consistency appears like a souffle.
- Serve immediately Enjoy!
