Tofu Shakes

Description:

A quick protein fix for those who hate the taste of tofu

Ingredients:
  • 125g soft tofu
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 2 kiwi fruit or peaches(or 1 cup of Berries)
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 or 3 ice cubes
How to make it:
  1. Peel and roughly cut the fruit.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
  3. Drink it really soon, while its still cold.
  4. Makes two small or one meal-sized shake.
