Tofu Shakes
Description:
A quick protein fix for those who hate the taste of tofu
Ingredients:- 125g soft tofu
- 1 cup soy milk
- 2 kiwi fruit or peaches(or 1 cup of Berries)
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 or 3 ice cubes
How to make it:- Peel and roughly cut the fruit.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
- Drink it really soon, while its still cold.
- Makes two small or one meal-sized shake.
