Breakfast Shake
Description:
Quick dairy free breakfast shake; my kids love this. It makes a very thick and rich shake.
Ingredients:- 1 3/4 cup soy or rice milk (depending on blood type)
- 1 banana
- 3-4 tbsp silken tofu
- 1 package of instant breakfast mix (optional)
- 1 -2 tbsp low fat chocolate syrup.
How to make it:- Mix all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high for 1 or two minutes.
- Serve.
