Breakfast Shake


Quick dairy free breakfast shake; my kids love this. It makes a very thick and rich shake.

  • 1 3/4 cup soy or rice milk (depending on blood type)
  • 1 banana
  • 3-4 tbsp silken tofu
  • 1 package of instant breakfast mix (optional)
  • 1 -2 tbsp low fat chocolate syrup.
How to make it:
  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 1 or two minutes.
  3. Serve.
