Delicious Tempeh


This is a tasty and easy way to enjoy soy tempeh.

  • 4 ounces or less of tempeh (I use Lightlife organic soy tempeh)
  • 1 slice of soy cheese (I use swiss flavor Veggie Slices) [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
  • olive oil
How to make it:
  1. Brown the tempeh block on both sides in a non stick skillet in a little olive oil.
  2. Turn heat off and lay the cheese slice on top to melt.
