Delicious Tempeh
Description:
This is a tasty and easy way to enjoy soy tempeh.
Ingredients:- 4 ounces or less of tempeh (I use Lightlife organic soy tempeh)
- 1 slice of soy cheese (I use swiss flavor Veggie Slices) [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
- olive oil
How to make it:- Brown the tempeh block on both sides in a non stick skillet in a little olive oil.
- Turn heat off and lay the cheese slice on top to melt.
