Easy Skillet Catfish


It's good and incredibly simple to make.

  • 3 catfish fillets
  • seasoning of choice
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
  • 1/4 cup water
How to make it:
  1. Season fish on both sides.
  2. Heat water and apple cider vinegar in a large skillet on medium high.
  3. When hot, add catfish and poach until done, turning occasionally.
  4. Serves 2-3.
