Wonderful accompaniment to any dinner entree

Ingredients:
  • 4 apples, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup nuts according to blood type
  • 1 1/2 cups seedless red grapes (optional)
  • 4 tbsp. soy or regular mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. fructose
  • 3 tsp. soy milk or regular milk according to blood type.
How to make it:
  1. Stir liquid ingredients together
  2. Pour dressing over apple mixture and toss lightly
  3. Chill and serve
