Waldorf Salad
Description:
Wonderful accompaniment to any dinner entree
Ingredients:- 4 apples, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup nuts according to blood type
- 1 1/2 cups seedless red grapes (optional)
- 4 tbsp. soy or regular mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. fructose
- 3 tsp. soy milk or regular milk according to blood type.
How to make it:- Stir liquid ingredients together
- Pour dressing over apple mixture and toss lightly
- Chill and serve
