Soy Mayonnaise


This is an ingredient in some other recipes I have listed.

  • 1/2 cup soy milk powder
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/4 cup oil, according to blood type
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
How to make it:
  1. Blend all ingredients except the oil and the lemon juice. Continue blending, and slowly pour oil in.
  2. Remove mayonnaise from the blender and stir in lemon juice.
