This is an ingredient in some other recipes I have listed.
How to make it:
- 1/2 cup soy milk powder
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/4 cup oil, according to blood type
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- Blend all ingredients except the oil and the lemon juice. Continue blending, and slowly pour oil in.
- Remove mayonnaise from the blender and stir in lemon juice.
