Good topping for blood type friendly bread pudding, etc.
How to make it:
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 cup chopped dates
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup water
- Combine all ingredients in saucepan and simmer until consistency thickens.
- Top with soy whip or whipped topping according to blood type.
Use different juices or honey water.
