Blueberry Sauce

Description:

Wonderful sauce for pancakes, waffles, and toast.

Ingredients:
  • 4 cups grape juice
  • 2-4 Tablespoons cornstarch or arrowroot powder according to blood type
  • 1/4 cup honey [or agave]
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
How to make it:
  1. Heat juice, cornstarch or arrowroot powder, and honey until thickened.
  2. Stir in blueberries and serve over blood type friendly toast, waffles, or pancakes.
