Wonderful sauce for pancakes, waffles, and toast.
How to make it:
- 4 cups grape juice
- 2-4 Tablespoons cornstarch or arrowroot powder according to blood type
- 1/4 cup honey [or agave]
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- Heat juice, cornstarch or arrowroot powder, and honey until thickened.
- Stir in blueberries and serve over blood type friendly toast, waffles, or pancakes.
