Apple and Cream Pie


Ingredients:
  • 1 - 8 inch unbaked pie shell or 1 - 8 inch wheat free unbaked pie shell
  • 6 large apples peeled and sliced
  • 1/3 cup fructose [or 1/2 amount agave]
  • 3 Tablespoons flour according to blood type
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 cup soy cream
  • 1 Tablespoon fructose [or agave]
How to make it:
  1. Place peeled and sliced apples in pie shell.
  2. Combine all Ingredients except 1 Tablespoon sweetener pour over apples.
  3. Combine and sprinkle 1 Tablespoon sweetener over pie.
  4. Bake 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until apples are done.
