Apple and Cream Pie
Ingredients:- 1 - 8 inch unbaked pie shell or 1 - 8 inch wheat free unbaked pie shell
- 6 large apples peeled and sliced
- 1/3 cup fructose [or 1/2 amount agave]
- 3 Tablespoons flour according to blood type
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander
- 1 cup soy cream
- 1 Tablespoon fructose [or agave]
How to make it:- Place peeled and sliced apples in pie shell.
- Combine all Ingredients except 1 Tablespoon sweetener pour over apples.
- Combine and sprinkle 1 Tablespoon sweetener over pie.
- Bake 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until apples are done.
